Introducing

Project32

Project 32 will be an early 1960's style 32 Ford 3 window coupe. The overall theme of the car will be something similar to the "American Graffiti" coupe but with some distinct differences. Project 32 will be powered by an early Chrysler hemi outfitted with 3 deuces. Running gear will be a Saginaw 4 speed and Ford 9" posi rear with 3.50 gears. I've been collecting parts for this project for more than 10 years and with our new house finally finished and my shop properly outfitted its time to get started.

One of the first articles will be how to modify original 37-48 Ford front backing plates to accept modern self-energizing GM 12" drum brakes. But first I'll outline of how to weld up your own deuce frame.
Stay tuned for updates as this project progresses.
